Happy Birthday To....

ME!

Yes, I am now a year older, 32 to be exact. My Dad and Mom came over last night. We had a nice dinner, and I got PRESENTS! My mother had found the cutest clothes for me. A skirt, a collard shirt, 2 sweater vests, 2 sweat shirts, 3 nice tops, and a partridge in a pear tree! Thanks MOM and DAD! I love them. This is the first birthday in a couple of years that I have not been pregnant for. What a relief! Tonight I am going to a Pizza Fellowship at Antioch Baptist Church. Fun, Fun, Fun!

I am not only a mother of five, I have lots and lots of grandchildren. Life is pretty good after all. Don't forget we love you toooo muchhhh!!!

Personal Testimony

I was doing "well" for the average joe. I had a husband, a home, two beautiful children, a dog, 2 cars. Something was missing. It was LOVE. Not just any love it was the LOVE of JESUS! It was 2 a.m. I was on the phone. I was telling my friend how the weekend, husband, children they were just not enough anymore. Something was missing, and she told me what it was. She shared Christ with me. How He died for me and my sins, and all I had to do was accept Him. How could I do that? I had done some things that I was not to proud of.. How could I ever be forgiven for them? Then she told me that He paid for them already and that it is a free gift, all I had to do was accept HIM. I could not come before God with anything, but the blood of Christ. That was the only thing that could make me whole! That night, I prayed, I accepted Christ as my personal Saviour.. You too, can do the same.
