Heart Broken

So much has happened. I am so heart broken over the loss of my mother. She was my side kick for the last several years...we did everything together...including taking care of my dad together.... She died five weeks ago, very quickly and very unexpectedly. There is not a day goes by that I don't think of her and the great loss that I feel. I still take care of my dad....now by myself.
I miss you more than words can say....I love you mom.

Revelation 21:4 "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away."

Personal Testimony

I was doing "well" for the average joe. I had a husband, a home, two beautiful children, a dog, 2 cars. Something was missing. It was LOVE. Not just any love it was the LOVE of JESUS! It was 2 a.m. I was on the phone. I was telling my friend how the weekend, husband, children they were just not enough anymore. Something was missing, and she told me what it was. She shared Christ with me. How He died for me and my sins, and all I had to do was accept Him. How could I do that? I had done some things that I was not to proud of.. How could I ever be forgiven for them? Then she told me that He paid for them already and that it is a free gift, all I had to do was accept HIM. I could not come before God with anything, but the blood of Christ. That was the only thing that could make me whole! That night, I prayed, I accepted Christ as my personal Saviour.. You too, can do the same.
