Ryan sprained his ankle at work last night. Praise God, he did not tear any ligaments, and nothing is broken. We spent a big chunk of our day at the doctors.
Re 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

oh poor ryan. i remember doing that when i was in 7th grade. it hurt so dang bad and my sisters were laughing at me. get feeling better. :)
