Jurney is very happy. We went to go and order her new glasses and the lady informed us that she could have them ready in 10 minutes.. Now that is service!! Doesn't she look nice!

You affect others!

Tonight I attended the Reformers meeting at Antioch Baptist Church in Brigham City. For those of you who are not aware of what that is. It is a Christ centered recovery program. Tonight was on principal #7. Our sinful habits do hurt those who are following and watching us. Sin is like a hand grenade. When you pull the pin, it goes off. You are not the only one to go down. Any one who is in the vicinity is affected by it. You may not even realize who is watching you, wanting to be like you, but you can know that someone is. Your children, a friend, a neighbor, even a someone you see at the grocery store. Our sin hurts others.

Romans 14: 7 "For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself."

OUCH!

Ryan sprained his ankle at work last night. Praise God, he did not tear any ligaments, and nothing is broken. We spent a big chunk of our day at the doctors.

Re 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Lost and not Found

Jurney has been at a youth retreat this week. She had a blast. We picked her up last night. She is sad though, she lost her glasses while in the river. We are going to go and get her some new ones today. Poor Jurney, she can not see a thing!

Taking Care of the Business

Our white car, know as "the Yacht" broke down the other day. We just got it last year from my parents. This is the 3rd breakdown/repair on it. It is a 91 Buick Century. Ryan is spending his morning fixing the starter on it. We have success!

Hard Work Pays Off

Jaden has been working hard this summer with his various jobs. He has on his "MONEY FACE" today as he and his father prepare to go and make a bank deposit.

Hair Cuts!

BIG or small I cut them all. My men just got their bi-weekly haircuts. We call them the "Handsome-Hansen's"

First Things First

We are just starting out this blogging stuff. So bear with me as I learn about all this. Joshua really loves his little brother Josiah. He just had to hold him while he said "cheese". You gotta love being a big brother. Heb. 13:1 "Let brotherly love continue."
